Any questions or issues (and there are always some unexpected issues in property transactions) were dealt with calmly, effectively, and with clarity. There was a real warmth and good feeling about the way Alessandro helped us, and we are very grateful. The legal aspects were also dealt with efficiently and professionally by Isabel, and the final signing was easy and (strangely for a legal transaction!) pleasant!
